Are you highly organised, methodical, and motivated to deliver excellent service? The University of Huddersfield is looking for a dedicated Course Administrator to join our Registry team and play a vital role in supporting students throughout their academic journey – from enrolment to graduation. We are seeking a proactive and flexible individual who can balance attention to detail with excellent communication skills. You'll bring experience of managing an administrative workload within a regulatory or educational environment and be confident using IT systems to analyse, maintain and present data effectively.
Reporting to the Registry Officer (Course Administration), you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of student academic records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless experience for students and staff. You will liaise with various stakeholders across the University to provide expert administrative support, take ownership of processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and procedures. From coordinating committee papers and meetings, to maintaining secure student data and supporting decision making, you'll be essential to ensuring our course administration processes run smoothly.
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
