Responsibilities:
1. Provide sound legal and commercial advice to mitigate risks across global projects.
2. Review, negotiate, and finalise a variety of contractual documents.
3. Ensure adherence to governance policies during contract negotiations.
4. Assist in the proper administration of contracts and legal frameworks.
5. Deliver training to promote awareness of legal and commercial issues.
6. Collaborate with other business functions to resolve issues effectively.
7. Be legally qualified with 0-4 years post-qualification experience.
8. Have essential experience in construction law and the construction industry.
9. Prove ability to draft and review contracts.
10. Possess strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
11. Exhibit excellent administrative and organisational abilities.
12. Demonstrate keen attention to detail.
13. Have experience in general commercial law.
14. Maintain a commercial mindset with the ability to navigate complex legal scenarios.
