We're looking for a passionate and experienced leader to manage our 4-bed children's home located in the beautiful Vale of Belvoir, within the Belvoir Castle Estate.

*About the Role:*
As Registered Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team supporting young people up to the age of 17. Your leadership will help shape lives and create a nurturing, family-style environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Lead and manage a team to provide high-quality, therapeutic care
* Ensure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standards
* Oversee safeguarding, compliance, rota planning and staff development
* Provide hands-on support to children with emotional and behavioural needs
* Build strong relationships with external professionals and local authorities
*About You:*
We’re looking for someone who is both caring and capable — a leader who can create a stable, supportive home environment.
*You’ll need:*
* Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in a children’s home
* Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent)
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or happy to enroll onto qualification)
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures
* Experience supporting children with trauma, attachment issues and challenging behaviour
* Full UK manual driving licence
* A calm, resilient, and compassionate personality – with a good sense of humour!
