To provide administrative support to the Operations Manager specifically in support of LMS and data entry.
This role will report into the Operations Manager; however, task requests will come from various areas of the Maritime Management Team and Serco.
Key Accountabilities:
* LMS Back Up & Administration Support
* Data entry and Software manipulation
* Attend application training and advice teams on correct use.
* Management of staff certification and expiry dates
* Maintain electronic data bases whilst transitioning to new and upgraded system.
* Provide accurate and timely information as required.
* Take ownership and responsibility of daily administration of the system.
* Have potential to expand knowledge and skillset as required.
* Provides general administration support including production of MS Office documents.
* Other business support duties that are within capabilities as may be required by management from time to time.
Essential technical and professional skills, knowledge and qualifications:
1. Excellent administration and communication skills
2. Ability to adapt to a changing working environment and role.
3. Administrative experience working in an office environment.
4. Proficient in all aspects MS Office
5. Currently hold or able to obtain SC Clearance
