About the Role
As a Payroll Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every detail of our payroll process is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, customer service, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing

End-to-End Payroll Management: Process weekly and monthly payroll activities, including statutory and occupational payments and deductions.

Expert Guidance: Provide specialist advice on payroll, PAYE, and benefits to employees and managers.

Compliance Champion: Ensure all payroll transactions meet UK legislation and internal policies.
*
Benefits & Pensions Administration: Manage auto-enrolment, pension schemes, and employee benefits like PMI, Life Assurance, and SAYE.

Annual Processes: Support pay reviews, bonus cycles, and P11D reporting.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas to enhance payroll systems and processes.
What We’re Looking For

Qualifications: CIPP qualified or equivalent experience.
*
Expertise: Strong knowledge of UK payroll and pension legislation.
*
Tech Skills: Experience with payroll systems (Workday preferred) and advanced Excel.
*
Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to challenge the status quo constructively.

Team Player: Able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
