Divisional Sales Manager
Salary: Circa £75k basic, OTE six figures, car and benefits.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will have full reporting and management responsibilities for sales teams across Government, Finance, and Retail sectors. Locations range from Northwest/Yorkshire to the coast, Oxford to Cambridge.
Competitive OTE at six figures, fully expensed car or allowance and all associated benefits.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead by example and manage sales teams to exceed targets.
* Assist team members to reach their full potential.
* Provide full reporting and management of sales operations.
* Strategically drive growth in assigned sectors.
Candidate requirements:
* Proven personal sales record of exceeding targets.
* Strong management flair and leadership experience.
* Must have experience in either Division Management (DM) or Territory Management (TM) sectors.
