The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience working in the UK. The ideal candidate will bring strong design, technical, and project delivery skills, particularly within the education sector.
Key Requirements
* ARB registration (or equivalent international qualification).
* Proven experience in Priority Schools Framework and Department for Education Output Specification projects.
* Skilled in Revit and project delivery from concept to completion.
* Strong design and detailing skills across new builds, refurbishments, and SEND specifications.
* Understanding of the CEM process and collaboration with contractor teams for Department for Education projects.
* Knowledge of The Building Safety Act 2022 and Secondary Legislation 2023, including HRBs and the Gateway process.
* Demonstrated experience in design management, building control, health & safety, or related construction roles.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to influence and lead project teams.
* Committed to high ethical and compliance standards.
