What youll be doing As HR Adviser, youll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the full HR spectrum: Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job design to interviews and onboarding Providing clear advice on employee relations (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, redundancy, flexible working) Supporting change, engagement and wellbeing initiatives Keeping HR policies, systems and procedures up to date Recording and preparing accurate documentation for formal HR processes Working closely with the HR Manager on long-term people strategy This is a varied and impactful role, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building strong working relationships. About you Wed love to hear from you if you can bring: Experience handling complex employee relations cases Strong understanding of current employment law Practical experience across the full recruitment cycle Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience), or willingness to work towards it Youll need to be able to travel to different office sites as required.
