Job Title: Install Planner
Part time role - 3 days a week
Salary: £12.44 per hour
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organised Install Planner to join our team in the ECO sector. You will be responsible for coordinating installation schedules, managing installer diaries, and ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.
This role is crucial to ensuring seamless operations between customers, surveyors, and installation teams, while supporting the delivery of energy efficiency measures under ECO guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate daily and weekly installation schedules across multiple teams.
* Communicate directly with customers to confirm appointments and gather necessary information.
* Liaise with surveyors, installation teams, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient job completion.
* Maintain accurate records of appointments, installations, and customer interactions.
* Respond to changes in scheduling due to cancellations, delays, or emergencies.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant ECO requirements and company standards.
* Track installer availability and update diaries in real time.
* Monitor progress of installations and follow up on any post-installation requirements or issues.
* Assist with general administrative tasks related to the install planning process.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination roles (preferably in the energy, utilities, or construction sector).
* Knowledge or experience in the ECO scheme is highly desirable.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Proficient in using scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* A customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly approach.
Desirable Qualifications:
* Understanding of energy efficiency measures and ECO compliance.
* Previous experience working with installers or field-based teams.
