Our client based in Maldon are currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator to join their Technical department. This role is working for a fantastic, well established Food Manufacturing Business are hiring due to business growth.
The Role
* Maintaining a log of suppliers certificates, you will be responsible for keeping these up to date as they expire
* Being the first point of contact for the customer portal, maintaining and updating customer details
* Dealing with food related queries in relation to product shelf life
* Generate industry specific certificates for food product
* Assisting with customer complaints and queries
* Being a point of contact for suppliers where required
* Supporting with audits
* Any other administrative duties as required
