You’ll manage a high-profile London portfolio, taking responsibility for:
* Day-to-day lease and tenant management
* Service charge budgeting, reconciliation and reporting
* Client liaison and structured management reporting
* Statutory compliance and oversight of onsite operations
* Supporting finance, credit control, insurance and lease events
* Ensuring best-in-class service delivery across the estate
The platform is known for empowering Surveyors to take full ownership of their assets while providing the backing of an elite senior team.
What They’re Looking For:
* Strong commercial Property Management experience
* Confident handling service charges, L&T and tenant applications
* Comfortable liaising with institutional clients
* Excellent organisational, communication and reporting skills
* Someone motivated by high standards and ambitious environments
Package
* Salary Up to £52,500
* Leading % non-contributory pension
