As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing customer orders and inquiries, working collaboratively with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Technical, and Commercial. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mind-set, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
