At Creature Comforts we’re redesigning the entire veterinary experience from the ground up, using a membership model to make access to care seamless, and joyful everyday for pets and their parents. No more struggling to get an appointment, waiting around in drab clinics, and being treated by a different vet every time. We’re delivering personal service, beautiful spaces, clever tech, and - of course - plenty of treats for pets and people alike. We’re also looking to bring the joy back to vet care for the professionals themselves. Vets have felt overworked and under appreciated for too long, and are leaving the industry in their droves. We want to turn the tide of this industry crisis, creating healthier pets and happier vets. As we grow, we’re looking to hire a Membership Executive, based in our Chiswick clinic, and reporting to our Head Of Sales. The role is 40 hours per week. Pay: For this role, we are offering a salary plus a generous target-linked bonus on top. We would get into more specifics around this as we move through the hiring process. The day-to-day: ● Coming up with creative ways to attract members in your 2-mile local catchment area, from holding events to telesales, flyering, and chatting to pet parents in the park ● Managing the waitlist of prospective members for your clinic, contacting them via phone and email to invite them into the clinic for a tour and answering questions ● Organising and running tours and ‘open days’ at the clinic, and following up with visitors to turn them into members ● Being responsible for sales for your clinic, including of our core membership proposition and any additional ‘bolt on’ services ● Keeping on top of sales performance metrics for your clinic, gathering insights to enhance your efforts ● Being a trusted, consistent contact for our members, ensuring their CC membership journey is running smoothly ● Contributing to high customer retention levels, and running winback activities for members who have churned ● Forging strong, friendly and collaborative relationships with the wider clinic team and HQ You’ll be: ● Organised and calm, easily able to stay on top of many competing priorities and customers with high standards ● Entrepreneurial self starter, happy to try your hand at different marketing activities and learn what works ● Warm and genuine - a ‘non-salesy’ friend to our local members ● Great people manager with strong communication skills ● Hungry to take on responsibility ● A huge pet lover Working at Creature Comforts: ● Working in a beautiful clinic, alongside highly skilled veterinary professionals ● Being part of a people (and animal)-first culture ● 25 days annual leave, plus your birthday off ● Salary sacrifice pension scheme provided by Nest ● World class team, with room to grow and learn ● Regular company social events ● A secure, well-funded, growing business.
