Making a difference as a Referral and Information Coordinator An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in the Partnership Team. You will provide an effective referral and advice service within the Level 2 Front Door in relation to the Level 2 support and welfare of children for the Children & Young Peoples Department and provide first contact resolutions to the public and professionals, maintaining the highest standard of customer service at all times.
