Position: Music Teacher
Location: Halstead, Essex
Contract Type: Full-time (Permanent or Fixed-term – negotiable)
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner, by arrangement)
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
About the Role:
You will deliver engaging and dynamic music lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to contribute to the wider performing arts provision. Our ideal candidate will foster creativity, encourage student participation, and cultivate a lifelong appreciation of music.
Were Looking For Someone Who:
· Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications
· Has a strong subject knowledge in music and experience teaching at the secondary level
· Is passionate about developing young peoples musical abilities, from classroom teaching to extra-curricular activities such as choirs, ensembles, and productions
· Can contribute positively to the wider school community
