Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Unit 1, Floor 2, Building 7, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Rd, Chiswick, London W4 5YG
Hours: 40 hours per week. Fully flexible between Monday to Saturday 8:30am–6:00pm. Potential for Sunday work in the near future.
Responsibilities
* Inbound & outbound customer contact management (phone, chat, form/email, social).
* Handling inbound calls and emails from customers, supporting multiple queries from general car queries to car orders.
* Provide dealer support.
* Reporting on activities through inputs into AWS and DMS database systems.
* Outbound lead follow up.
* Providing responses to web/online forms.
* Manage technical queries from customers and assist where possible.
* Complete satisfaction survey calls and emails.
* Manage complaints about products, offers and dealers from customers.
* Sales complaints: gather facts and manage interactions with dealers and customers to support a quick, professional turnaround of sales-based cases for Omoda, Jaecoo and Chery brands.
* Ensure accurate reporting and update case activity as needed.

What we’re looking for
* Excellent customer service experience. Minimum 6–12 months.
* Auto enthusiast – experience desired, not mandatory.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience of fast-paced environments.
* Computer literacy and a technical mindset.
* Organisational skills – keeping things in order is second nature.
* Team player – able to contribute to a winning team that delivers first-class customer support.
* Build trust by keeping promises, owning responsibilities, and giving customers an open and honest experience.
* Handle inquiries with professionalism and finesse, leaving customers with a memorable, premium experience.
