SEN Teaching Assistant - Morecambe
We are looking for a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in Morecambe. You will support children with Special Educational Needs, working either 1:1 or in small groups to help them achieve their full potential.
Hours: Full-time and part-time positions available
Key Requirements:
* Experience supporting children with SEN
* Strong transferable skills such as patience, communication, and adaptability
* Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
Responsibilities:
* Assist children with SEN in learning and social activities
* Support behaviour management and individual learning strategies
* Work closely with teachers and staff to create an inclusive classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
