Job Title: Head Nurse / Clinical Co-ordinator
Job Type: Permanent, Part-Time (minimum 2 days per week, additional hours available)
About the Role:
We are a welcoming, private dental practice, looking to recruit a dedicated and organised Head Nurse / Clinical Co-ordinator to join our friendly and experienced team.
This role is predominantly office-based and focused on the smooth running of the clinical side of the practice, including:
* Reviewing and updating clinical policies
* Overseeing and supporting the nursing team
* Coordinating servicing and maintenance of equipment
* Ensuring compliance with CQC and cross-infection control standards
* Occasional chairside nursing to provide cover for holidays or sickness
You will work closely alongside the Practice Manager, supporting the team and ensuring excellent standards of patient care.

* Experience in a senior, lead, or coordinating role within dentistry
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* A proactive, adaptable approach to work
* Commitment to maintaining high clinical and compliance standards
