Junior Kitchen Manager
to join our vibrant Butlin's Restaurants Department in Skegness! In this exciting role, you’ll report directly to the Kitchen Manager and play a vital part in leading a dynamic team of up to 15 talented individuals. At Butlin's, making our guests smile is at the heart of everything we do, and you’ll ensure that they remain the central focus of all operational decisions. Your responsibilities will include: Resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build the best team for delivering exceptional service. Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement. Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to high standards. Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations. As a role model for Butlin’s unique way of working, you’ll inspire your team through training schedules and performance development plans, ensuring they deliver a fantastic experience to our guests every time. You’ll have the chance to lead and develop your team in our main buffet restaurant, serving guests who have booked a half-board dining package.
About You

If you’re hardworking, determined, and reliable, we want to hear from you! Here’s what we’re looking for: Energetic and enthusiastic team players who love to have fun. A strong understanding of how to enhance the guest experience by unleashing the potential of your team. A Level 3 Food Safety qualification and confidence in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Experience in managing margins, controlling costs, and ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are met. At Butlin’s, we believe our chefs are something special! Our guests keep returning to our restaurants as part of their holiday experience, and we want you to be a key part of that. If you’re fun-loving and eager to ensure our guests have a great time, this is the role for you! Note: This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, totaling 40 hours.
