A global insurance firm based in the heart of London City is seeking a Team Administrator to support them on a contract basis. You must be immediately available to start the position to be considered!
Your new role
* Creating / proofreading documents and preparing reports
* Assist with organising and creating events
* Coordinating travel arrangements for the team
* Creating cases on the in-house system
* Invoicing clients
* General administration support
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role is essential and experience in the insurance industry will be desirable.
Proficiency in MS Office
Immediately available to start
Ability to travel into the office at least 3 days a week (flexibility required)
