We're looking for a Junior Account Manager to join a leading fashion company. In this role, you'll support the end-to-end process of managing client orders-from initial meetings and planning through to delivery and reconciliation. You'll work closely with account managers, sourcing teams, and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Order Management: Prepare and manage customer order sheets, reconcile purchase orders, and ensure accurate handover to sourcing and production teams.
2. Client Support: Attend customer meetings, take notes, and follow up on actions. Communicate updates and resolve issues with buyers and stakeholders.
3. Production Coordination: Track orders, issue weekly critical paths, and liaise with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
4. In-Season Trading: Prepare reports, support sample meetings, and manage shipping reviews to help customers place core product orders.
5. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams across sourcing, production, and warehousing to ensure seamless execution.
6. Process Improvement: Review and refine internal processes, suggest improvements, and support training initiatives.
What They Are Looking For:
7. 2 experience in a similar role, ideally within fashion or retail
8. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
9. Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
10. Proactive, analytical, and flexible approach
11. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
12. Proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is a plus
