We’re partnering with a forward-thinking Nottingham business that’s investing heavily in its people agenda. They’re looking for a hands on HR Advisor who wants to play a key role across the full HR remit – supporting both employees and managers, and ensuring the HR function runs smoothly from top to bottom.
This role offers the chance to get involved in everything: from employee relations, engagement and projects, through to payroll prep, onboarding and HR administration. If you like rolling up your sleeves and having a real impact, this could be the right next step for you.
As HR Advisor, you’ll be a go-to support for the business, covering all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:
1. Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees
2. Employee relations casework (absence, disciplinary, grievance)
3. Coordinating recruitment processes and onboarding new starters
