* Executing store operations through your team, covering opening, closing, and weekends.
* Analyzing data and observations to improve customer experience and store performance.

* Rolling out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive results.
* Supporting partner growth through coaching and development.
* Setting goals to drive engagement and performance.
