Founded in 2021, we are a rapidly growing company in the Energy Efficiency sector, delivering retrofit solutions into communities across the UK to improve the energy efficiency of homes.
Based on Phoenix Park near Nottingham, we are looking for a Retrofit Project Manager to join our team to support the scheduling and installation of our Warm Homes: Local Grant (WH:LG) projects.
You will be responsible for a broad spectrum of activities ranging from creating and managing project schedules; planning in technical surveys and the installation of energy efficiency measures in customer’s homes. You will resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure resource is effectively planned.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Scheduling
* Create and manage project schedules for all retrofit projects, ensuring all technical survey and installs are clearly planned and booked with all parties.
* Work closely with the office team and our supply chain to align schedules and ensuring resource availability.
* Resolve any scheduling conflicts between the teams to minimise disruption for customers.
* Monitor and track progress of retrofit projects, providing regular updates to the management team regarding programme, milestones and any potential delays.
* Work collaboratively with our in-house Retrofit Designers and Retrofit Coordinators to align scheduling with their workload.
* Proactively address any scheduling issues with customers and supply chain when they arise, including delays or resource constraints.
Customer Communication & Support
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their retrofit project. Engage customers with the improvement options that are available to them, explaining in layman’s terms the benefits of the upgrades available.
* Manage customer expectations by providing clear and realistic estimates of project timelines. Help customers understand the overall project process and what they can expect at each stage. Be transparent about steps involved and any challenges that may arise.
* Be front line for any queries customers have during their install process. Advocate for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are clearly briefed to the project delivery teams.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
* Attention to detail, accuracy and effective organisational skills
* Experience of effectively managing internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
* Effective communication skills
* Flexible attitude
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills; Excel, Word, Outlook
* Experience in domestic retrofit; ECO, GBIS or WH:LG would be beneficial but is not essential as is knowledge and understanding of energy efficiency measures such as Solar PV, Air Source Heat Pumps and fabric insulation.

Salary:£24,785 - £28,000 per year
