Role: Network Design Engineer
Location: Birmingham, Bracknell, or Basingstoke
Salary: £55,000 - £63,000 + £6,000 car allowance (can be taken as cash)
Bonus: 10% company bonus + additional 10% DV clearance bonus once achieved
Clearance: SC required to start, progressing to DV.
Working Model: Hybrid - flexible based on client needs. Ideally around 2/3 days per week.
Interview Process: One-stage, on-site interview (Basingstoke or Birmingham)

We are seeking a skilled Network Design Engineer to join a dynamic team working within the secure Defence and National Security sector. This role offers a blend of design, implementation, and support responsibilities across medium to large-scale network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement network solutions based on business and technical requirements
2. Produce design documentation and diagrams
3. Provide hands-on configuration and implementation support
4. Troubleshoot technical issues and support defect resolution
