LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern: flexible to business needs
Salary: £26,250- 28,500 pa, dependent on experience
Location: Norwich - Hybrid
This role is UK-based, and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.
Start Date: ASAP
Internet Speed Requirements
Must have a minimum of 5 Mbps upload and 15 Mbps download internet speed.

About You
You are a fantastic communicator, highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Customer-focused and resilient. Experience in a training role is essential, with the ability to deliver training to both office-based and remote workers. You can present information clearly, concisely, and accurately, promoting understanding. You are adaptable in training and feedback to suit different backgrounds and personalities. Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) software and remote training delivery is advantageous.
The Role
Contribute to creating a Center of Excellence (CoE) that shares best practices across the Appello Group. Manage the entire training cycle, including delivering a consistent onboarding experience for new employees, mentoring, and supporting continuous improvement in L&D practices. Participate in implementing and maintaining the e-learning platform, ensuring relevant content is current, engaging, and integrated into daily business activities.
