Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and developing the on-site security team, ensuring high standards of performance and professionalism.
* Working closely with the UK North Contract Manager to elevate security delivery standards across the contract.
* Setting clear expectations and promoting consistency and standardisation across all security operations.
* Monitoring individual and team performance, providing coaching, support, and development where required.
* Building strong relationships with stakeholders and delivering outstanding customer service.
* Managing site operations and ensuring all security procedures are followed effectively.
* Conducting audits, inspections, and reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Investigating incidents, identifying trends, and implementing preventative measures where appropriate.
* Producing accurate reports and maintaining operational records using Office 365 and other security systems.
* Acting as a key point of contact for operational matters and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
* Promoting Securitas' Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness through your leadership and decision-making.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
* Valid SIA Licence
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Previous security management experience (Supervisor level or above)
* Excellent leadership skills with experience managing or previously having managed teams
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and confident learning new systems
* Excellent attention to detail
* Outstanding customer service and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
* Ability to monitor and manage both personal performance and the performance of colleagues
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
