The role
As a Licenced Aircraft Engineer, you will help drive the delivery of flying activities, collaborating with Babcock and Military colleagues by adopting a ‘Whole Force’ approach, ensuring safety and excellence in delivery.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate all CAA Part 145 paperwork.
2. Ensure health & safety of all equipment and report faults and diagnostic issues.
3. Provide CRS signature to release aircraft to service after defect rectification or scheduled maintenance.
This is a full-time, on-site role at Glasgow Airport.
Essential experience
* Previous experience in a Part 145 environment.
* Experience in aircraft maintenance industry.
* Working knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
Qualifications
* Recognised SHEQ Qualification.
* EASA/CAA Part 66, B1.2 license.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must obtain and maintain SC security clearance. Certain roles are subject to national security and trade restrictions based on nationality, citizenship, or residency. More details at GOV.UK.
