We're recruiting a proactive and customer-focused Resident Access Officer to join a busy housing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who's passionate about supporting residents and delivering excellent frontline housing services. You'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive a seamless, high-quality service - acting as the first point of contact for housing enquiries, providing administrative and project support, and helping customers access the right advice and assistance as quickly as possible.
