Sales Accounts & Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive user acquisition, market penetration, and product adoption, achieving measurable growth targets.
* Develop and expand new partnerships with schools, education organisations, and strategic partners in the UK, Australia, China, Spain, and other markets.
* Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing partner schools and institutions, particularly in the UK and China.
* Lead business negotiations, proposal development, contract structuring, and cross-border project implementation.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
* Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and product strategies.
Requirements:
* Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & Chinese), strong cross-cultural capability.
* Proven experience in business development, account management, B2B partnerships, or sales, preferably in education, EdTech, international programs, or cross-border services.
* Strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and commercial awareness.
* Ability to travel internationally (2–3 weeks per trip). - Analytical mindset with ability to produce reports and forecasts.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and business presentation tools preferred.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced global environment.
