THE COMPANY
This rapidly expanding, full-service agency come complete with a friendly and passionate team as well a fantastic client roster of high-profile brands. With event projects ranging from conferences and product launches through to gala dinners and award ceremonies their in house teams deliver every element, including event design, event management, AV production, content design and build.
Priding themselves on delivering high quality events with exceptional service they work with an extensive list of well-known clients working across live, hybrid and virtual events and all with a great internal culture and sense of humour!
Established in 2009, they are well known within the industry with circa 50 employees and a roster of returning global clients.
THE ROLE
Having acquired brand new facilities which have been recently fully refurbished, they are now delivering a range of build projects from their workshop. From innovative exhibition stands to eye catching props, brand activations and retail pop ups, their talented team are the go-to for pioneering builds across the events sector.
Responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with clients to advise on design solutions
* Preparing detailed quotes for build projects from exhibition stands to conference staging
* Working closely with internal Designers
* Briefing the in house build team
* Budget management
* Logistics management including scheduling crew onsite
* Leading builds and breakdowns onsite (mainly UK based)
* Conducting site visits
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate must have experience as a Project Manager delivering exhibition stands or event builds. Hands on design skills are not essential but would be preferable. You must be an excellent client communicator and problem solver.
* Role is subject to reference checks and a DBS check
* A full UK Driving licence is essential
* You must have the right to work in the UK
