3t Training Services is the UK’s largest and leading provider of training for the oil and gas, wind, and power industries, and a significant global player, impacting wider utilities sectors including gas, electric, and water.
The Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and collect debts proactively via telephone and email.
2. Ensure timely receipt of payments.
3. Respond to client enquiries effectively.
4. Manage collection of missing or delayed POs from customers.
5. Resolve disputes by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Allocate receipts in the Sage accounting system.
7. Minimize payments on account, chasing remittance advice where necessary.
8. Maintain email correspondence within 5 days to meet KPIs.
9. Prepare statements, client status reports, and relevant documentation.
10. Collaborate with Sales and Booking teams to resolve issues.
11. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth account operations and visibility of cash flow.
12. Provide administrative support and perform ad hoc tasks as required.

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage accounting software.
