Position Overview
The chamber is looking to recruit an Associate to join its litigation practice. This role is designed for legal professionals with a strong foundation in court procedures who are looking to strengthen their skills through hands‑on exposure to matters before higher courts and tribunals.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 1–2 years of Post‑Qualification Experience (PQE) in legal practice.
Specialization: Proven interest and experience in Litigation (Appellate and Consumer Law preferred).
Skills: Strong legal research and analytical abilities, sound drafting skills (petitions, applications, and written submissions), and a clear understanding of courtroom procedures.
Professionalism: Ability to manage assigned matters responsibly, professional discipline, and a strict commitment to timelines.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Litigation Practice: Handling matters before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and NCDRC.
Drafting: Preparing comprehensive legal drafts, including petitions, applications, and submissions.
Court Representation: Assisting in court proceedings and managing procedural requirements.
Research: Conducting in-depth legal research on complex constitutional and commercial issues.
