Key Responsibilities:
·Work as part of a design team delivering electrical calculations, reports and detailed designs
·Produce designs using CAD and BIM (Revit) and other specialist software
·Carry out design calculations to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements
·Undertake site surveys, inspections and data capture
·Review construction designs and provide technical input
·Liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and contractors across project teams
·Attend project and technical meetings and contribute to design discussions
·Support delivery of projects across RIBA stages from concept through to completion
What they're Looking For:
·Experience within an electrical building services / MEP consultancy role
·Understanding of design delivery across RIBA stages
·Degree or equivalent in Building Services / Electrical Engineering
·Experience with Revit, CAD and electrical design software (e.g. Amtech) is beneficial
·Strong communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
·Ideally working towards Chartered status (CIBSE/IET)
