Fleet Coordinator – Company Cars & Van Fleet

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Fleet Coordinator to manage our mixed fleet of company cars and the van fleet. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency across our operations.
What You’ll Do
* Oversee all aspects of fleet management, including company cars and our van fleet
* Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements (MOT, insurance, road tax).
* Schedule servicing, maintenance, and repairs to keep vehicles road‑ready.
* Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and cost‑saving opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records and produce reports on fleet performance.
* Liaise with drivers, managers, and suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
* Implement and enforce fleet policies and driver checks.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in fleet management or a similar coordination role.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
* Knowledge of compliance requirements for company cars and commercial vehicles.
* IT skills for managing fleet systems and reporting.
