Job Description
3. Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments are received.
4. Maintain accurate records of all collections and customer communications.
5. Liaise with clients to resolve outstanding invoices and address discrepancies.
6. Work closely with internal departments to support the credit control process.
7. Prepare regular reports on outstanding debts and collection progress.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards within the retail industry.
9. Proactively identify and mitigate potential credit risks.
10. Deliver a high standard of customer service to maintain strong client relationships.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
11. Previous experience in a credit control or similar finance role.
12. Familiarity with accounting systems and financial reporting tools.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
15. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
