About the role:
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting operational teams while driving data-led improvement initiatives across production, planning, engineering, and warehouse functions.
This role acts as a central point for analysing operational data, improving processes, supporting cross-functional projects, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement that enhances efficiency, quality, and reliability.
Your profile:
* Analyse operational data and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making
* Support continuous improvement activities including Kaizen events, root-cause analysis, and action tracking.
* Maintain and optimise operational documentation such as SOPs, work instructions, and process maps
* Provide coordination and analytical support to cross-functional operational and improvement projects
* Build clear dashboards and reports to communicate performance, trends, and CI outcomes
Qualifications
* Experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or a similar environment
* Working knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, root-cause analysis)
* Strong analytical capability with confidence using Excel, Power BI, and ERP/MRP systems
* Experience supporting cross-functional teams and improvement initiatives
* Well-organised with strong communication skills and attention to detail
