Responsibilities
* Conducting domestic energy assessments in line with industry regulations.
* Producing accurate and timely EPCs using approved software.
* Liaising with homeowners, landlords, and letting agents.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant compliance and legislation.
Requirements
* Qualified and accredited Domestic Energy Assessor (with a valid DEA certification).
* Knowledge of RdSAP and EPC conventions.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
