Experienced Service Advisor - Hawkins Kia Indian Queens
We are seeking to appoint an Experienced Service Advisor Administrator join our Kia Aftersales Team at their brand new Dealership and 10 bay Vehicle Service Centre next to the A30 at Indian Queens. Kia is a global car manufacturer and is one of the UK's bestselling and fastest growing car brands with market leading Electric models and a broad ICE & Hybrid line up. Kia were the first to introduce a 7 Year Warranty and enjoy high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
This is key role within the dealership working closely with our team of Technicians and Service Manager. You must be able to work both individually and as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, be conscientious and systematic, stay positive at all times and have the motivation and determination to be successful within the role.
Key responsibilities include:
· Meeting and greeting customers and effectively handling incoming service enquiries and bookings via visits, calls and emails by creating a friendly and professional impression.
· Ensure all customers are handled with a high level of care in a professional and friendly manner in accordance with Kia and Hawkins customer satisfaction policies.
· Maintaining an accurate and efficient schedule of appointments and associated flow of paperwork, data entry and record keeping consistent with Kia and Hawkins company procedures.
· Liaising with customers about their Vehicle Health Checks any additional work required.
· Estimating time and costs associated with servicing & repairs.
· Responding to any customer requests, requirements or concerns and liaising with the Technicians and Service Manager as required.
· Tracking the vehicle through the workshop and keeping the customer informed of progress.
· Maximising customer satisfaction and retention, through the use of a customer follow-up systems.
· Ongoing Manufacturer training on products, systems and processes to ensure you have the right knowledge to provide high level of customer service that is expected.
Have you got what it takes?
Experience as a Customer Service Advisor within motor industry is essential as this position requires someone who is experienced. A full UK Drivers Licence is also essential.

Hours of work:
Mon-Fri 8:00-17:30 42 hours with 60 mins for lunch
