Job Summary:
As a Senior Change & Training Consultant, you will lead change activities in IT transformation programs, engaging stakeholders and applying relevant methodologies as per Statements of Work.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Depending on the program, you may supervise other OCM professionals within our team or at the client organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Work closely with client stakeholders to deliver change initiatives successfully.
* Apply OCM methodology to manage change activities aligned with project goals and SOW.
* Lead stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and commitment.
* Provide leadership to change teams when needed.
* Support Change and Training tools (e.g., Enable Now, WalkMe).
* Share best practices within the team.
* Contribute to business development and pre-sales activities.
* Recommend improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:
* PROSCI or Advanced APMG Change Practitioner certification preferred.
Required Skills / Abilities:
Experience:
* Proven experience in Change Management, especially in large-scale projects.
* Strong stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with structured change methodologies.
* Ability to assess impacts and develop strategies.
Skills:
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* Experience with change networks and training development.
* Knowledge of business processes and system explanations.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Personal Attributes:
* Ability to work in fast-paced, complex environments.
* Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
* Desirable: SAP-related change management experience.
* Curiosity and willingness to learn.
