Competitive Salary:£28,500 - £30,000 (FTE) Depending on Experience

We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Veterinary Nurse to join our team and work 33 hours across 4 days. Shifts will be between 8:30am-6:30pm. This role would suit someone who is interested in veterinary medicine and nurse consults, but who also has confidence in monitoring anaesthesia and assisting in ops.

Our facilities include digital x‑ray, microscope, and ultrasound, giving you the tools you need to deliver outstanding care.
Responsibilities
* Conducting regular check‑ins and 1‑2‑1s with the nursing support team
* Leading and mentoring the nursing team, delivering training for new and junior team members
* Completing clinical audit checks
* Running nursing clinics and providing inpatient care
* Managing pharmacy stock
* Managing the Campbells branch on a day‑to‑day basis with support from the Swansea hub Head RVN
About You
* Experience in leadership and confident in both nursing and people skills
* High level of autonomy, self‑motivated, using initiative and committed to driving continuous improvement in quality and clinical standards
* Eager to progress in nursing career
