As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to inspire the team, deliver outstanding service, and keep operations running smoothly. With stock‑on‑hand driving frequent visual changes, you’ll have the chance to build your creative merchandising skills while strengthening customer relationships through one‑on‑one styling. This role involves leadership in a high‑energy outlet environment, spearheading a new direction for DECJUBA, and maintaining a balanced work‑life environment.
Qualifications
* Passionate about fashion with strong visual merchandising and styling skills.
* Previous experience working with a medium to large retail business.
