We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association, who are recruiting for a Supported Housing Officer on a permanent basis. The annual salary is £33,000 - £35,000 and this is a part time, 3 day a week position. The ideal candidate will have supported living experience, and access to their own vehicle. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing 7 properties housing a total of 60 tenants Dealing with medium to low level ASB Monitoring low level rent collection Working with ex offenders and residents with learning disabilities and mental health issues Completing administrative tasks Experience required: Experience required in Social Housing Experience working with customers within housing Rewards and Benefits: Flexible working days and hours Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
