Be Broxbourne is seeking an enthusiastic leader to join our management team across three sites: John Warner Sports Centre, Laura Trott Leisure Centre, and Cheshunt Park Golf Course. This is an exciting opportunity for career development in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Centres Manager to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operation of sites.
* Lead training, support teams, and maintain high standards.
* Handle customer enquiries, service issues, and perform shift cover as Duty Manager.
* Effectively manage early mornings, daytimes, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Qualifications
* Proven experience of leading and managing a leisure facility.
* National Pool Lifeguarding qualification (NPLQ) required.
* Pool Plant Operators Certificate (PPO) required.
* First Aid at Work and IOSH Certificate required.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Previous knowledge of leisure management systems is advantageous.
* Ability to converse fluently in English with members of the public.
