Responsibilities
* Managing your own caseload, including litigated matters, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
* Assisting senior colleagues on high-value and complex claims across a wide range of medical disciplines.
* Delivering consistently accurate and compassionate legal advice, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.
* Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to deliver a seamless and high-quality service.
Qualifications
* Up to 6 years PQE in Clinical Negligence, with a strong background in Claimant work.
* Proven experience managing your own caseload, including litigated claims.
* The ability to take instructions from clients and give sound legal advice.
* Demonstrable experience assisting seniors across high-value complex cases.
* The ability to operate independently and work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
