RGM Manager
Location: Salford, GB (Hybrid)
We are currently looking for a Revenue Growth Manager to work within our energetic commercial team on a 12-month secondment.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the commercial direction by brand, channel, and customer understanding market dynamics quickly to ensure Kellanova continues to grow profitably. You will work closely with sales, market activation and category management to create customer / consumer focused commercial strategies to deliver profitable growth.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
* Strategy – Lead industry leading pricing, promotion, product pack size and investment plans to grow the Kellanova business sustainably whilst driving category sales. Collaborate closely with the channel and customer teams to overlay the Kellanova’s strategy with the customer strategy supporting customer partnerships and the delivery of joint growth.
* Commercial Direction – Communicate, sell, and ensure excellent execution of the commercial direction for a given product portfolio.
* Story telling / Data management – Take complex & often nuanced data reads and create concise compelling proposals for both internal and external use.
* Supply Chain - Collaborating closely with the supply chain team to support quality forecasting and NPI management.
* Relationships - Build strong cross functional relationships to facilitate the delivery of this plan
We’re Looking for Someone With
* Excellent commercial/financial acumen, with strong experience of managing a P&L
* A strategic thinker with strong numerical & analytical skills to create best in class strategies
* Brilliant communication, negotiation and influencing skills
* Ability to quickly form strong cross functional relationships internally & externally.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritise workload effectively
* You should be able to excel at working both by yourself and in a team environment.
* Revenue Growth experience within FMCG
* A specific interest in strategy, category management and branded products
