Surgical Glaucoma Hydrus Sales Specialist - Midlands

We are looking for a Surgical Glaucoma Specialist for Hydrus Microstent covering the Midlands. This position has a flexible territory geography depending on the needs of the right candidate, so we encourage all interested parties to apply.


Responsibilities

* Contribute to sales targets in allocated territory
* Comply with all legal requirements relating to role and business practice
* Possess and maintain thorough industry product knowledge
* Plan and manage territory
* Generate and develop new business to meet specified goals
* Increase Hydrus user base across territory
* Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships
* Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing customers


Qualifications & Experience

* Proven record of accomplishment within medical/surgical/ophthalmology sales reflecting top-quartile technical ability, organization, and communication.
* Sales experience in surgical or medical device fields, ideally in glaucoma or cataract surgery.
* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to learn new, technically demanding therapies.
* Excellent relationship‑building and advisory skills.
* Full UK driver’s license and full right to work in the UK.
* B.A. or B.S.C. is ideal but not essential.
* Willingness to travel extensively, including staying away from home when required.
