Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Controller to support site operations through effective coordination, monitoring, and communication. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining accurate records, and acting as a central point of control for incidents, access, and operational activities.
Position: Controller
Shift Pattern: 19:00 - 07:00 Nights 4 on 4 off
Location: London EC4A 2BJ
Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities
* Operate as the central point of control for site operations, communications, and incident reporting
* Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control systems, and radio communications where applicable
* Coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies, or operational issues in line with site procedures
* Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of daily activities and incidents
* Communicate effectively with on‑site teams, management, tenants, and external services as required
* Support access control processes and authorisations in line with site policies
* Identify and elevate potential risks, security concerns, or operational issues promptly
* Ensure compliance with company policies, site procedures, and Health & Safety requirements
* Support audits and investigations by providing accurate records and information
* Carry out any additional duties as requested by the company
Qualifications
* Experienced Controller
* Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to remain calm under pressure
