Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves delivering exceptional guest service in a lively bar and mini golf environment, ensuring customers have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, well-organised, and passionate about food and hospitality. Previous restaurant experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Duties
* Welcome guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
* Take orders accurately and serve guests promptly
* Provide excellent guest service, addressing any enquiries or special requests
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations
* Process payments accurately using POS systems
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods
* Support in setting up and clearing tables to maintain a welcoming environment
