Job Title: Team Leader (Nights)
Location: Paignton
Hours of Work: Monday-Thursday: 6pm-6am
Reports To: Production Manager
Job Purpose:
Oversee and manage the team with the production and manufacturing of PVC windows and doors.
Ensuring production runs smoothly and stays on schedule.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
2. Ensure customer orders are completed on time and that quality standards are met.
3. Work with Managers to implement the companies polices and goals
4. Supervise and motivate a team of workers
5. Review workers performance and help identify training needs
